Program Terms
Affiliate: Any individual or entity accepted into the program who promotes the store’s products through a unique affiliate link in order to earn commissions.
Affiliate Link: A unique link generated by the system for each affiliate, used to track traffic and sales.
Commission: The financial amount an affiliate earns for each successful sale made through their affiliate link, according to the specified terms and conditions.
Cookie: A data file stored in a visitor’s browser to identify the source of the visit and the tracking duration.
Eligibility Requirements
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if under 18.
• Applicants must have a legitimate promotional platform (blog, YouTube channel, Instagram page, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, or website) with content related to sewing, crafts, fashion, or design.
• Direct competitors who primarily sell similar sewing patterns, or websites that promote unethical or illegal content, are not eligible.
• The store reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.
Registration and Affiliate Link Acquisition Process
• Applications can be submitted via the dedicated registration page on the website (/affiliate-registration).
• After submission, the application will be reviewed manually. If approved, the marketer’s account will be activated, granting access to their control panel.
• Through the control panel, marketers can create affiliate links for any product or page in the store.
• The store reserves the right to cancel any affiliate link or marketer account if any misuse of these terms is detected.
Commissions and Payment System
• Basic Commission Rate: 30% of the net value of products sold (after discounts).
• Calculation Model: The commission is calculated on the entire shopping cart (all products purchased by the customer during the purchase session after clicking the affiliate link), not just on the promoted product.
• Cookie Validity Period: 30 days from the date of the last click on the affiliate link. If the customer makes a purchase within this period, the commission is awarded to the marketer who generated the last click (Last Click system).
• Minimum Payout: $50 USD. The commission is only paid when the marketer’s balance reaches this minimum.
• Payment Times: Commissions are paid within 30 business days from the end of the month in which the order is confirmed and settled (i.e., after the product return period has ended).
• Payment Method: Via [PayPal / Bank Transfer / Any other method you choose], using the payment email address registered in the marketer’s account.
• Deductions: The marketer is responsible for any conversion fees or taxes imposed on the payment according to their country.
Commission Cancellation and Product Returns
• If the customer returns the product or requests a refund for any reason, the commission due on that transaction will be automatically cancelled.
• If the order is cancelled before shipment or before download availability (for digital products), no commission will be charged.
• The store reserves the right to cancel any commission detected as a result of fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.
Responsibilities and Expected Conduct
• Honest Promotion: Marketers must not use misleading tactics, make false promises, or post any offensive, racist, or indecent content.
• No Spam: Sending affiliate links via unsolicited emails, posting unsolicited comments on blogs and forums, or engaging in any form of online harassment is strictly prohibited.
• Paid Advertising (PPC): Using the brand name “Dar MIMO” or “Darmimo.com” as keywords in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or any other advertising platform is not permitted without the store’s prior written consent.
• No File Sharing: Marketers are prohibited from uploading or sharing original pattern files (PDFs) or any other copyrighted material with the public. Promotion is solely for the purpose of attracting visitors to purchase products from the store.
• Use of Marketing Materials: Marketers may use images and videos available in the “Marketers Area” (such as product images and logos) provided they are not distorted or used in a way that disparages the bran
Intellectual Property Rights
• All website content, including patterns, images, text, and designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of DarMIMO and may not be used outside the scope of authorized promotion under this program.
• Any violation of intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination of membership and legal action against the marketer.
Program Duration and Termination :
• Duration: The program duration is one year, renewable, and either party may terminate membership at any time.
• Termination by Marketer: Marketers can cancel their membership through the control panel or by contacting the support team. Any outstanding commissions (if applicable) will be disbursed according to the policy.
• Termination by Store: Dar Mimo reserves the right to terminate the membership of any marketer immediately if any of the terms are violated, false information is provided, or any activity is engaged in that harms the store’s reputation. In the event of termination for reasons other than those stated, unpaid commissions will not be disbursed.
Disclaimer
• The store is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the marketer’s participation in the program, including website downtime, changes in commission rates (with prior notice), or any force majeure.
• The store is not responsible for the content of promotional materials produced by the marketer, and the marketer is solely responsible for compliance with local and international laws.
Terms and Conditions Modification
• DarMIMO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Marketers will be notified via email or through the control panel. Continued participation in the program after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
