How do I receive my PDF patterns ?
Immediately after checkout, you will receive an email with a direct download link. You can also access your patterns anytime by logging into your account under the 'Downloads' section
Can I share my item with a friend ?
We ask that you please don’t redistribute our items to others, as we price our items based on the hope that we will sell them many times. We can not sustain our business if they are given away to others for free.
What is your refund policy for digital products ?
Due to the digital nature of our sewing patterns, all sales are final. Once the PDF files are downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase
Does the PDF include "Layers" for different sizes ?
Yes! Our patterns are layered. This means you can select and print only the specific size(s) you need, saving ink and making the lines much clearer to cut. Instructions on how to use the layers feature are included in your download
Does the pattern include seam allowance?
No, our patterns are designed based on net measurements. This means seam allowances are not included. You will need to add your preferred seam allowance (usually 1 cm to 1.5 cm) directly to the fabric before cutting. This gives you more flexibility in adjusting the fit!
